Our Company

Pacific Cleaning is built on the principle of providing quality and reliable services in a personal and trusted manner.

Hotel Sausalito. On New Year's Day 1980, a young and free-spirited California man began cleaning Smitty's Bar in Sausalito.

Today---almost 30 years later-- Robin Clark, owner of Pacific Window Cleaning & Janitorial, Inc. is still on the scene and heads up a loyal, tenured group of employees with a long list of happy clients, including owners of the Hotel Sausalito (above).

"We still provide nightly janitorial service to Smitty's Bar---that's something we're proud of!"

"Our company has gone from that guy with a floor machine in the back of his van, to owning an established, fully insured and reputable service company in Southern Marin.  For a dozen years, we serviced the Hard Rock Cafe in San Francisco on a nightly basis.

Horizons in Sausalito.Among our clients is the Horizon Restaurant in Sausalito (right). Amazing views from the dining room over San Francisco Bay deserve the cleanest of windows!

In the late 90's, we found ourselves being replaced by in-house janitors and "fly by night" companies who could offer a cheaper price," explained Clark.  But today, Pacific Window Cleaning & Janitorial, Inc., which purchased Crystal Clear Window Care and also operates as WeClean123.com, has achieved a good balance in being large enough to offer a professional and fully insured service, but remaining manageable to offer a one-on-one relationship with most of their clients.

"Trust is Important"

CONSIDERATIONS FOR ANY CLEANING SERVICE YOU HIRE

  • References: Any local reputable company will have many references for you and, in the case of companies, you should be able to call if you wish. Some of ours references are on our Testimonials page.
  • Cleaning Supplies: Do you provide your own office cleaning supplies or will your preferred cleaning company provide their own supplies? Ask about cleaning equipment, chemicals and maintenance methods and express concerns, if any, about fumes, toxicity, or environmental sensitivites.
  • Hourly Charges or Project Rates: Before contracting with a cleaning company, be sure you understand the rates. Do they charge by the hour or contract rates based on the number/frequency of visits?
  • Professional Backgrounds: Consider the owners' backgrounds and those of their employees. Be sure they are local, insured and bonded. Ask about our staff training and length of time with the company.
  • Franchise or Local: We think this is very important. We are in your home and your offices and, as your neighbors, we will answer your questions; you will not be referred to "corporate."
  • Pacific Window Cleaning We Clean 123 Van.Visibility: Do you see your cleaning company vehicles around town as they travel from project to project? If they are part of your community, they will be visible!
  • On Site Products: We maintain MSDS (material safety data sheets) information for the products used in your office. (OSHA holds you responsible for having that information on-site.)
