Did you know that windows fail? Here are the four stages:
Stage 1 – Foggy Window – condensation caused from falling dew point between glass window panes.
Stage 2 – River Bedding – moisture runs down the surface of the glass causing etching.
Stage 3 – Silica Haze – A destructive chemical growth that leaves snow flake like patterns in the glass.
Stage 4 – Riverbed and Silica Haze – Irreversible if the windows are consistently moist and never drive out.
