Why all the rage of micro-fiber towels?
Because they have superior wicking ability.
They hold dirt and moisture better than cotton towels. We use them exclusively in our window cleaning division and moving more towards them in our custodian accounts.
Maintenance: Micro-fiber towels should not be washed with anything else. They too easily pick up dirt and lint from cotton or other materials.
And . . .do not use fabric softener and set your dryer to low or medium (not high) to dry these towels.
