February: How Do We Learn?

Our business is a member of an email discussion group that covers a vast array of industry issues and promotes online communication. Whenever we have a unique or difficult issue, we take it to the group.

We are currently discussing the concept of water-fed poles, which in some instances, are a worthy replacement to multiple ladder sets.

We also attend annual seminars and subscribe to a gem of a magazine—The American Window Cleaner.

We took a small survey of our Customers who employ us to clean their offices five nights a week. We asked what was the most important aspect of the service?

The Management’s Answer: Uninterrupted Service.

The Employee’s Answer: Trash emptied. Check and double check!
